If we want to spread love in the world, where else to start but with ourselves. Often, however, it is we who are spared by our kindness. It is time to understand that love and kindness is an inexhaustible entity and the more we cultivate it, the more we can offer it to others. Munay-Ki literally means the energy of all-encompassing love. It is with it that we enter the next cycle of dance and meditation.
